Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your Classiffo account and personal data at any time. This page explains how, and exactly what happens.

Delete your account inside the app

Open the Classiffo app and sign in.
Go to the Profile tab.
Tap Delete Account.
Confirm when prompted.

Your account is deleted immediately and permanently. This action cannot be undone.

Can't access the app?

Email support@classiffo.com from the email address registered to your account, with the subject "Delete my account". We will verify and permanently delete your account, normally within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Your account and login credentials
Your profile information (name, email, phone number if provided, profile photo)
Your listings, and their photos and videos
Your reels and stories (video and audio)
Your chat messages
Your saved/favourite listings and other account data

All of the above is deleted or permanently disassociated from you. We do not retain a copy after deletion, except where we are legally required to keep limited records.

What is kept

We may retain minimal information only where required by law (for example, records needed to comply with legal, tax, or fraud-prevention obligations). This information is not used for any other purpose.
