This Privacy Policy explains how Classiffo ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, stores, shares and deletes information when you use the Classiffo mobile application and website (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to this policy.
1. Information we collect
We collect the following, most of which you provide directly when you create an account or use features of the app:

2. What we do NOT collect
- We do not show third-party ads and do not use your advertising ID.
- We do not run third-party advertising or analytics SDKs in the app.
- We do not sell your personal data to anyone.
3. How we use your information
We use your information only to operate the Service: to create and secure your account, publish the listings, reels and stories you choose to post, enable chat between users, show location-relevant listings, and respond to support requests.
4. Sharing
Content you choose to publish (listings, reels, stories, your public profile) is visible to other users of the Service. Your data is stored on our own servers and cloud storage. We do not share your personal data with third parties for their own marketing. We may disclose information if required by law.
5. Data security & retention
All data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS). We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, your account and associated personal data are permanently removed (see Section 7).
6. Data stored only on your device
Some information (your login session token, and app preferences such as language and theme) is stored only on your device and is never transmitted to us.
7. Deleting your account and data
You can permanently delete your account at any time, directly in the app: Profile → Delete Account. This immediately and permanently deletes your account and profile; your listings, reels, stories and chat messages are deleted or permanently disassociated from you. This action cannot be undone.
8. Children
The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect data from children.
9. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
