These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Classiffo mobile application and website (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility & accounts
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to use the Service. You are responsible for your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must provide accurate information.
2. What Classiffo is
Classiffo is a local classifieds marketplace where users post listings to buy, sell and rent items, share short videos (reels) and stories, and message each other. Classiffo is a platform; we are not a party to transactions between users and are not responsible for items listed, sold, or exchanged by users.
3. Your content
You retain ownership of the content you post (listings, photos, videos, reels, stories, messages). By posting, you grant Classiffo a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, store and display that content solely to operate the Service. You are solely responsible for the content you post and confirm you have the right to post it.
4. Objectionable content and conduct — zero tolerance
Classiffo has no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behaviour. You must not post, share, or send content that:
- is illegal, or offers illegal, stolen, counterfeit, or prohibited/regulated goods (e.g. weapons, drugs, live animals where restricted);
- is sexually explicit, pornographic, or exploits or endangers minors;
- is hateful, harassing, threatening, bullying, or promotes violence or discrimination against any person or group;
- is fraudulent, deceptive, spam, or a scam;
- infringes anyone's intellectual property or privacy;
- contains malware, or attempts to hack, disrupt or abuse the Service.
You must not harass, threaten, impersonate or abuse other users, including through chat.
5. Reporting, blocking & enforcement
Users can report objectionable content or users, and block other users, directly in the app. We review reports and may remove content and suspend or permanently terminate accounts that violate these Terms. We aim to act on reports of objectionable content promptly, typically within 24 hours.
6. Prohibited use
You must not use the Service for any unlawful purpose, scrape or copy data, interfere with its operation, or circumvent its security or moderation.
7. Termination
You may delete your account at any time (see our Account Deletion page). We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.
8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Classiffo is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, or for disputes, transactions, or content between users.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
